What is your lead time?

Due to the custom nature of our products our current lead time is 5 weeks from the day you place your order however, we work hard to ship your product sooner. We will let you know once your order has shipped.

What comes in the box with my map?

Your product comes complete with everything you need to hang your frame. All you will need is a hammer to put the provided hook in the wall.

How long does it take to receive my custom product proof?

Your custom product proof will be sent to the email you provided within 48 hours of placing your order.

How do I approve the proof for my custom product?

When you receive your proof, please review it carefully. If it meets your expectations you can approve the proof through the form in the email.

How do I make changes to my custom product proof?

If you would like to make changes to your proof please provide your detailed feedback on what you would like to change through the form in the email sent alongside your proof. When we have arrived at a proof you like, we will begin producing your product.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns on custom products as they are custom designed and made just for you. If there is an error where the design does not match the proofs or the wrong item is provided we will send a replacement.
